- Double Winged Eyeliner...

First of all, sorry if you're squeamish when it comes to eyes, but a blogger's gotta do what a blogger's gotta do.

Second of all, welcome to today's post. Unlike a few years ago, I don't tend to wear eyeliner on a daily basis; I now only reach for it when I want to look like I've made a bit more of an effort. However, I've noticed that I automatically draw the same fine line followed by the trusty feline flick, and I'm just a bit, well, bored?

So after a bit of experimenting, I decided to switch things up a bit. When it comes to eyeliner, the subtlest change can make a huge difference to your overall look. To achieve this double winged look, I simply drew a line outwards from about halfway across my lower lash line, aiming to be parallel to the upper line. This is a completely different look for me as I usually dab on a small amount of dark eye shadow across the line, leaving out the flick. As well as this, I decided to extend the upper line further towards the inner-corner of my eye, which definitely gives a bolder look.

When it comes to eyeliner, I'm a strong believer in practise makes perfect. For this, I used the I. Color Extremely Black Eyeliner* which is by far my favourite eyeliner as it enables such precise application. This is an Asian beauty brand which comes as no surprise as they are known to be super creative with their accurate eyeliner looks. For the chance to win this eyeliner along with some other Asian beauty bits, make sure you enter my giveaway here (open worldwide & today's the last day to enter)!

What do you think of this look? Let me know if you give it a go!

  26. Unfortunately my eye shape doesn't allow me to do winged liner without it looking weird (something to do with my eye shape and creasing). But I would love to try something like this as it looks really fun. :) x
