- BonjourHK Beauty Treats...

You may have seen my previous posts mentioning BonjourHK (here & here), but incase you didn't know, they sell over 24,000(!) beauty and healthcare products. If, like me, you're intrigued by Asian beauty bits, their website is the ideal place to explore and is super easy to use. You can convert it to English and they offer free shipping worldwide! In this post, I'd like to show you just a snippet of the products available.

My Beauty Diary Citrus Firming Aroma Mask, £7.30*
Dr Bauer Anti-Gravity Face & Cheek Tightening Up Serum*

Since using the Hydraluron moisture boosting masks, I've grown to really love sheet masks. Once you're over the fact you resemble something from 'The Texas Chainsaw Massacre', you will realise that they are actually a really clever way of infusing skin with various ingredients. This box of My Beauty Diary Citrus Firming Aroma Masks contains 10 masks, which is excellent value for money. It has a refreshing citrus scent which thankfully isn't too overpowering, and feels a real treat once applied to skin due to it's cooling effect. Claiming to nourish skin, promote circulation and refine pores, it's a winner in my opinion!

This 7ml sample of the Dr Bauer Anti-Gravity Face & Cheek Tightening Up Serum was an added gift and really intrigues me. Dr Bauer is an upcoming brand over in Asia and there are several products of theirs already on the BonjourHK website. I've recently been getting into using serums and there's no time like the present to delay signs of ageing. This is used by applying a few drops before moisturising.

Etude House Color Lips Fit in Perfect Fit Red, £5.50*

I've heard of the brand Etude House before and this lip product looks just my sort of thing! It's super pigmented and the doe foot applicator is the perfect size for applying with precision. Although available in several alternative shades, Perfect Fit Red is bold, vibrant and perfect for a statement lip!

3 Concept Eyes Cream Blusher in Soft Orange, £5.50*

As you can see, 3 Concept Eyes have created a cream blusher that's packaged in a tube. This is such a great idea as I tend to prefer cream blushers and this avoids any messy finger-dabbling pots. Having said that, Soft Orange isn't a shade I'd particularly wear as it really doesn't suit my complexion. I tend to wear rose/peach colours, which led to the discovery of Baby Peach and New Pink shades (incase these are also more your thing). Despite the shade I received, I love the nifty packaging and I'm so impressed with how long-lasting these are; it took me so long to get the orange swatch off my hand!

I. Color Twofold Action Mascara, £9.20*

I absolutely love this mascara and it's quickly become one of my favourites! Not only is the metallic shade of the packaging stunning, it's so clever! This I. Color mascara has two screw tops, each containing a wand for different uses. The first one aims to lengthen lashes, and the second one aims to add volume by holding more product. I'm really surprised I've not stumbled across a mascara like this before; I've seen ones with different brushes on each end, but not ones like this.
All-Belle Lace Eyelashes, £4.00*
Secret Star Girl Gorgeous Lash, £3.60*

I used to really dislike false eyelashes and had only ever worn them to fancy dress parties, but after trying out more natural styles recently and getting used to applying them, I'm slowly changing my mind. Both of these sets aren't exactly 'natural', but they'd be perfect for the right occasion. Whilst I'll probably never incorporate falsies into my everyday make-up routine, I'm definitely more willing to wear them out in the evenings. The lace ones are gorgeous for a statement feminine eye look, and I can see them being perfect for if you're heading to a fancy Valentine's party.

I. Color Eyeshadow Quad in #07, £7.50*
I. Color Extremely Black Eyeliner, £6.40*

This eyeshadow quad is a beauty and all four shades are so pretty. Each shade is metallic with a slight shimmer and they all compliment each other wonderfully. Although I personally don't tend to use the provided brushes, they make it ideal for travelling, along with the sturdy packaging and the included mirror.

Felt tip liners are by far my favourite eyeliner type, and this one from I. Color has overridden my much loved Collection one. The nib of this is super fine, allowing really precise flicks and thin lines. Also, the pigmentation is seriously amazing!

Stay tuned as I'll soon be posting a make-up look using a lot of these products, plus a giveaway may be included ;)!

Are you wanting to try Asian beauty products? What do you think of these ones?

  4. I love these posts. Asian make up brands really do fascinate me as they include various brands that I for one have never even heard of. I love all the packaging of the things you have gotten, they are so pretty. I am not ashamed to admit that I have never seen a liquid blusher in my life. How does that work? I imagine it being very messy work. The mascara is probably my favourite item of this haul. I love the ones that have a step one and step two, giving eye lashes both length and volume. It seems like you got some great bargains. :)

    1. Hi Ellen! Thanks for commenting :) I agree, Asian beauty products have really unique packaging! The cream blush isn't messy at all as a small squeeze of the tube provides just the right amount onto your fingertips. You then just dab it on and rub it into the apples of your cheeks :) Hope that helps! X

  11. I must have missed your other posts about this website! I'm definitely going to check it out. A few weeks ago my dad brought me back a bunch of Asian face masks and it's made me even more curious about Asian beauty brands. That cream blusher in the tube looks intense! Also, I'm going to feature the masks in a post - so it will be helpful for me to know where people can possible purchase them if they are interested. :-)
