- Winter --> Spring/Summer Wardrobe...

Spring has sprung and the midst of Summer will soon be upon us! This leads to most of us burying our Winter gear and refreshing our wardrobes with lighter, brighter clothing. I don't know about you but I dislike wearing items for only half a year so in this post i'll show you how to incorporate items into your year long wardrobe. In this example i'll show you how I style this Tartan Check Shift Dress from New Look.

Winter:
Black tights, boots, leather jacket, dark lipstick and dark nail polish.

Summer:
Replace the tights and boots with cute shoes and frilly socks. Ditch the jacket and finish with a nude or a bright lip and pastel nails!

Do you aim to do this too? Which items do you style all year round?

  2. So cute! I'm loving this post idea, the taking one piece and wearing it two ways. Great looks! :) xx

  4. This is such a great idea!
    So many people hide to many beautiful dresses come summer when they can so easily be dressed differently!
    Adore this dress on you...

  6. I do the same thing! I generally try to have skirts and dresses be versatile. Your dress is adorable with the t-strap Mary Janes and frilly socks. Lovely post! Just followed. :)

  9. I love the both ways you styled the dress. The second way is my favourite.
